These terms govern your use of tamizhibooks.com and the TNPSC Prelims GS/Aptitude PYQs question bank, operated by Tamizhi Books, 1328, 20th Main Road, 6th Ave, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040 ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What the service is

A searchable, syllabus-tagged archive of previous year questions from TNPSC prelims examinations held between 2020 and 2026, in English and Tamil, with the answer key as published by the Commission, plus a quiz mode for self-testing.

We are an independent private publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission or any government body. Question text and answer keys are reproduced from the Commission's published papers for the purpose of study and commentary.

2. Accounts

• The free tier (2025 and 2026 papers) needs no account.
• The subscription requires signing in with Google.
• One account is for one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself — you are responsible for everything done through your account.
• A paid subscription is for one device at a time. Moving to another phone or laptop is free and unlimited — sign out on the one you are using, and your bookmarks and answers are saved to your account before the sign-out completes, so they are waiting for you when you sign in on the next one.
• If you cannot reach that device — it is lost, broken or wiped — you can sign it out remotely from your account page. Anything it had not already saved is lost when you do, and we will tell you so before you confirm.
• Give us a working email address; that is where purchase confirmations and renewal notices go.

3. Subscription, pricing and renewal

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are collected by Razorpay. Access is unlocked as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within seconds.

Renewal is not an auto-debit. Nothing is charged to you automatically. When your year is up, archive access pauses until you choose to pay the renewal. Your free-tier access is never affected.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a term you have already paid for.

4. What you may and may not do

You may use the content for your own exam preparation, including printing extracts for personal study.

You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense or publish the content, in whole or in part;
• scrape, bulk-download, mirror or republish the question bank, or build a derivative product or coaching material from it;
• share your account, or use one account for a class, group or institution;
• attempt to bypass the paywall, tamper with payment or entitlement requests, or attack the site's availability.

Our compilation, tagging, classification, translations, design and code are our intellectual property. Breach of this clause lets us suspend access without refund.

5. Accuracy

We take answer keys from TNPSC's published keys and tag every question to the current syllabus by hand. We check this work, but we do not guarantee it is free of error, and the Commission itself revises keys from time to time. Nothing here is a guarantee of any exam result. Tell us about a mistake and we will correct it.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting failures or issues at Google, Supabase, Razorpay or Vercel may interrupt it. Where an outage is long enough to matter, we extend affected subscriptions rather than refund them.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam outcomes.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that is used for fraud or payment abuse. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy.

9. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
